Time.
The 4-hour rental period includes set-up, ceremony, cocktail hour, and strike. Available hours: 8am - 12pm, 1pm - 5pm, 6pm - 10pm (Daylight Savings Time months only). One, two, or all three time slots may be booked together by the same client.

Locations.
Micro-wedding clients have exclusive use of the River Terrace (or King Barn when available), the Make-up/Hair Studio & Dressing Room, ADA public restrooms and interior/outdoor spaces for photos. Using our horses during sessions incur an additional fee.

Pricing.
$1,950.00 includes seated and/or standing cocktail tables, banquet tables, basic linens, wedding arch, lounge furniture, non-floral decor items, and on-site concierge. Certain weekdays, off-season months, multiple bookings, and holidays may affect rental pricing.

Count.
The maximum permitted guest count for a micro-wedding at KRR is 25, not including the wedding couple and vendors. One venue staff member will be on-site to set up venue items included in the rental fee. All other services are the client’s responsibility.
